Professional Indemnity launches on Steadfast SCTP

Automation with exceptional service was just the beginning for Berkley Insurance Australia (BIA) when joining the Steadfast Client Trading Platform (SCTP).  Now almost three years on, BIA continues to be the leading provider of standalone General Liability on the SCTP virtual marketplace and recently expanded its line to include Professional Indemnity Insurance. The success of General Liability has contributed to the ongoing development to refine SCTP response times and streamline the renewal process.

With many insurers still looking at reducing their capacity and increasing premiums well into 2022, the launch of BIA’s Professional Indemnity Insurance on the SCTP will make it easier and faster for brokers to process straightforward risks.  They can also expect all referrals to be responded to within 24 hours and work directly with their local underwriter if a risk has more complexities.
