At Berkley Insurance Australia, we are thrilled to be recognised by the industry in achieving an outstanding 10 awards, including Insurer of the Year 2021, at the Insurance Business Brokers on Insurers Awards. In addition to winning the NIBA General Insurer of the Year Award for 2020 last year, to be recognised as the Insurance Business Insurer of the Year 2021 caps off an amazing 12 months of achievement for our Company. We take great pride in the strong and trusting relationships that we have formed with our valued network of Brokers who have bestowed us with this great recognition.
As a world-class Specialist Insurer, Berkley Insurance Australia works tirelessly to provide the highest level of service and value to our loyal Brokers and their clients. Through listening to their daily feedback, and by taking measures to address any concerns they raise, we are continually refining our approach to Underwriting and Claims Management.
In March of every year, Brokers are asked to complete a survey on the effectiveness of the various Insurance companies they have had dealings with throughout the past year. Covering a list of eleven service categories, Brokers give a rating from one to five for each category, with one being the least satisfactory and five being exceptional.
