At Berkley Insurance Australia, we are thrilled to be recognised by the industry in achieving an outstanding 10 awards, including Insurer of the Year 2021, at the Insurance Business Brokers on Insurers Awards. In addition to winning the NIBA General Insurer of the Year Award for 2020 last year, to be recognised as the Insurance Business Insurer of the Year 2021 caps off an amazing 12 months of achievement for our Company. In March of every year, Brokers are asked to complete a survey on the effectiveness of the various Insurance companies they have had dealings with throughout the past year. Covering a list of eleven service categories, Brokers give a rating from one to five for each category, with one being the least satisfactory and five being exceptional.
