BIA Partner Solutions, has seen numerous successful collaborations. A recent example includes streamlining guidelines to meet the evolving needs of an industry association’s membership. βIt is about being nimble and open to our coverholder needs, we were recently asked to write expanded business we do via an industry association due to the shifting needs of their membership, it was difficult but we came up with a solution to meet the needs of BIA, our coverholder, their client and most importantly, their membership.β
Leveraging his extensive experience in Financial and Professional Lines, Matt focuses on reducing referral rates by finding ways to underwrite risks more efficiently. This approach not only benefits the coverholders but also enhances BIA’s service quality and strike rates.
Commitment to Fast, Consistent Service
A typical day for Matt involves maintaining a busy but rewarding schedule. He prides himself on resolving issues quickly for coverholders, often turning around referrals in less than four hours. For more complex cases, he collaborates closely with coverholders to manage expectations and deliver timely solutions.
Consistency and clarity in underwriting are critical to Matt’s role. He continuously updates guidelines to ensure underwriting decisions are consistent and clear, further enhancing the service experience for coverholders.
